These last three days I’ve had my practical exam in theatre (well, half-term exam anyway. I’m not really sure if there’ll be another one…). Which is basically three grueling days of coming up with a 15 minutes long production with the group that you are assigned. We are talking 12 hour working days at school here. And it can be absolute murder and the worst academic experience of your life (which last year definitely was) and the first day this time kind of was. But then again, it might just come together perfectly and be everything that your teacher ever wanted from you. And that same teacher might also tell you that he is actually sad that you only have 6 months left in school because he is so impressed with you and there are so many other parts that he would love to see you perform because you just do everything right. And then he might feel a bit bad that he can’t give you a better grade than the highest one. And this was actually my day and HOLY SHIT and I’m kind of alright right now.
